Terms of Use (EULA)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Easy Fax – Fast & Secure, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding End User License Agreement between you and NPH Store. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app.

2. Subscription Plans & Pricing

Easy Fax offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans to unlock premium features:

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Managing & Cancelling: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings: Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.

3. License to Use

NPH Store grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Easy Fax on Apple-branded devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

You may not: (a) sublicense, sell, resell, or commercially exploit the App; (b) modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works; (c) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; (d) remove or alter any proprietary notices; or (e) use the App for any unlawful purpose.

4. Permitted Use & Restrictions

You agree to use Easy Fax only for lawful fax transmissions. You must not use the App to:

• Send spam, unsolicited advertisements, or bulk fax campaigns.
• Transmit illegal, defamatory, harassing, or fraudulent content.
• Infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or network.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Easy Fax — including but not limited to the software, design, graphics, logos, and user interface — are the exclusive property of NPH Store and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.

6. Privacy

Your use of Easy Fax is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it to understand our data practices.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Easy Fax is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that fax transmissions will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all faxes will be successfully delivered, as delivery depends on factors outside our control (e.g., recipient fax machine availability).

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NPH Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, business interruption, or failed fax transmissions — arising from your use of or inability to use Easy Fax, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Easy Fax at any time, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your license to use the App ceases immediately. Active subscription periods will not be refunded except as required by applicable law or Apple's policies.

10. Apple App Store Terms

Easy Fax is distributed through the Apple App Store. Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's App Store Terms of Service. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Easy Fax. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service, Apple's terms shall govern with respect to matters under Apple's purview.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of Easy Fax after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Easy Fax shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through competent courts of jurisdiction.
